About Diani Craft Social
Diani Craft Social is a cosy creative community for people in Diani who want creative, low pressure ways to connect.
Each hangout is built around a simple craft activity. You show up, settle in, make something and meet people in a way that feels natural.
You do not have to be "an artist" to join. There will be an instructor to guide you. Come for a good conversation and a little creative mess.

A chill, no-pressure hangout at Kongo River Beach. Bring whatever you are working on, meet some new people and watch the beautiful sunset.
Save your spot →Events usually happen twice a month. Spots may be limited so everyone has enough space, supplies and breathing room.
Come solo, come with a friend, come even if you don't consider yourself a "creative" person. We are here for the crafting, the chatting, the laughing and the "wait, I can't believe I made this!" moment.
Every session has one guided craft activity. Think painting, collage, air dry clay, beadwork, card making, upcycling, journaling or cute seasonal projects.
We bring the idea, the supplies and the general plan. You bring yourself.
The vibe is cozy and relaxed. You can chat the whole time, quietly focus on your project, ask for help, laugh at your first attempt, start again or decide your wonky little creation has character. All valid.
Our long term goal is to partner with and platform local Diani artisans and makers so that we can build something that puts local creative talent at the centre.

How to Join

No experience needed. We will guide you through it.
